I have been passionate about massage since my first Swedish massage class in 1979. My lifelong interest in the body/mind connection and delight in movement lead me to obtain a Batchelor degree in Dance in 1982 from Naropa Institute in Boulder, Colorado. Further studies in massage cumulated in receiving my massage practitioner license in 1985 in Seattle, Washington. Since then I have devoted myself to the study and practice of massage, making it my life's work.
My massage technique is a blend of advanced bodywork modalities studied in the past 30 years. Among them are myofascial release, assisted isolated stretching, structural relief therapy, Cranio-sacral therapy, Releasing technique, Zentherapy, and shiatsu.
Applications include pregnancy, infant massage, sports and injury, and last but not least, stress reduction.
My goal is to assist you in fully experiencing the range and ease of motion that is your natural state, freeing the stresses of the mind as well as the body. At the end of your treatment you should feel relaxed, renewed and rejuvenated!
